The Rules of using NetArt Registrar’s Website

General Provisions.
- The Rules mean the Rules of using NetArt Registrar’s Website.
- The contents of NetArt Registrar’s Website, hereinafter referred to as the Website, are shared for information purposes by NetArt Registrar Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow, at ul. Pana Tadeusza 2, 30-727 Krakow, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście, 11th Division of the National Court Register under KRS no.: 0000532637 with share capital of PLN 650,000 (in words: six hundred fifty thousand zloty), REGON (Industry Identification Number): 120764285, TIN: 6751398383 – hereinafter referred to as NetArt.
- These Rules specify the terms and conditions of using the Website.
- A person using the Website is a User.
- The Rules of using particular remote services provided electronically, including via the Website, define the rules of providing given data.
- The contents of the Website constitute the property of NetArt or other entities and are legally protected.
- Unless specified otherwise, Users have the right to view contents of the Website and save them in any form only for personal use.
- The Customer who gives their email address in forms allowing using the newsletter, gives consent to receive commercial information from NetArt and its offer.
- Using the Website is equivalent to giving consent hereto.

Terms and conditions of use
- Minimal technical conditions allowing the User to use the Website include a desktop computer with access to the Internet with capacity of at least 1 Mbps, with the use of the search engine Google Chrome 23.X or its newer version, operating system Microsoft Windows 10 and switching on in the search engine the option allowing Cookies and enabling Javascript.
- NetArt reserves the right to modernise, upgrade and conduct regular technical maintenance of the Website which can result in periodical interruptions in the access to the Website or its selected functionalities.
- NetArt is not held liable for cases of a lack of access to the Website caused by a breakdown or faulty functioning of telecommunications networks.

Obligations of the User
- The User shall use the Website in a manner that does not infringe legal provisions, the Rules, good practices or rights of third parties.
- In case of obtaining by NetArt information on using the Website by the User with an infringement of point III.1, NetArt has the right to immediately block access of such a User to the Website as well as to process their personal data in order to determine their liability and transfer this data to relevant public authorities.

Rules of using Website’s resources
- Contents of the Website have been prepared by NetArt in good faith and on the grounds of reliable sources, however, NetArt is not liable for reliability, completeness or validity of posted information.
- Users, by using the contents of the Website, do so on their own responsibility. NetArt excludes to the largest legally admissible scope the legal responsibility for damages related to using the contents of the Website, including losing data as a result of saving these materials.
- Personal data and Cookies
- NetArt processes personal data in compliance with binding provisions on personal data protection and makes every effort to ensure security and protection of personal data during processing thereof. Complaint procedure
- The User has the right to lodge a complaint in cases related to the functioning of the Website.
- Complaints should be made in writing to NetArt’s correspondence address.
- NetArt is obliged to respond to the complaint within 14 days as of the day of receipt thereof and indicate, whether it accepts the complaint and how it intends to examine it or inform of a lack of grounds for accepting the complaint together with a justification of its position.
- NetArt reserves the right to extend the time period for replying to the complaint by no more than 14 days, in particular, when the case is atypical or complex.

Final Provisions
- NetArt reserves the right to change the Rules. The Rules enter into force on the day of publication.
